Since our usual in-person retreat cannot be held this year due to Covid-19, we are offering a single virtual day of reflection by Fr Ken Laverone, OFM, through St Francis Retreat in San Juan Bautista. This day is open to all men and women.
Theme, based upon Pope Francis’ new encyclical Fratelli Tutti: To live as brothers and sisters in a world of pandemic, upheaval in society and Church, and natural disaster.
Schedure
10 AM Opening presentation
11 AM Mass
Break for individual lunch
1 PM Presentation
1:45 to 2:45 PM Counseling with Individuals who want to talk — the rest will have some spiritual exercises
3 to 4 PM Group discussion
4:30 PM Closing prayer
Cost per person would be $20, per computer connection, which you would pay online to the retreat house when you register. To register, go to https://stfrancisretreat.com/category/current-events/
Each person would stay at home and sign on to Zoom for the scheduled sessions. You do not need to stay logged in for the whole day, but only sign in for the scheduled events. You may wish to spend the other time in private prayer, reflection or spiritual reading.
