The third and final St. Joseph Parish Community Gathering was held in the Holy Family picnic area next to the Carriage House on Sunday August 27 from 12 noon to 2 PM. 

          Community gatherings for the North and Central areas of the parish were held earlier in June and July.  Meals were hosted by the Knights of Columbus from a neighboring parish.

          The Knights were not available for the August event.  Our own St. Joseph’s Men’s Ministry stepped in to barbeque hamburgers, cheese burgers, veggie burgers, and hot dogs.  Condiments and serving assistance was provided by volunteer women from the parish.

          It was a pleasant day under the shade of the Holy Family picnic area.  There was plenty of food and friendship for all who attended.
